Loved them. Had the great fortune of seeing them play the Cubs in Wrigley while I was down there pursuing Hockey. Was cool getting a chance to see Andre Dawson play against his old team that game...he was one of my faves.

Detroit, Ottawa, LA, Anaheim, Toronto, to name a few, need defense, pretty sure he would get claimed. He is a smart player that makes sound defensive plays and fairly good outlet passes, who needs that.
I guess because he isn't shiny, we have no use for him.

We use to pay either 10 or 20 cents to take the Metro from the west side of Montreal to Jarry park and pay 2.00 for bleacher seats. 2.50 cents to watch a ball game and 2.00 more for a hot dog and drink.

Expos had some dynamite OF trios for years

There's an article out saying that Tryamkin can't play for us until next season, but it's misleading. Gusev had same situation, was able to sign and play. The KHL contracts go until the end of April, but regular season ends late February, so if they miss playoffs or have an early exit, he can be released, then sign and play. So JB needs to keep cap space for that potential signing. Tryamkin would be a great late addition to the team.

Great point. It's hard to say what the team needs will be when he is free to sign. His size and mobility translate better to NHL game and are well liked by JB.

The cap space may determine a lot as Canucks are up against it if team healthy. Team might have to wait until summer.
