If they can trade Tatar or Petry for a good D prospect and draft Drysdale with their pick I'd be happy. - BashCH
I’m not sure Tatar would be a great idea. Unless they get a good prospect and picks I see no reason to trade him since he’s been one of our best forward last two seasons. I’d rather trade Domi I think, he’s great but sometimes he plays dumb and cost us games
I wouldn’t mind trading Petry though, I think we could give more time to Fleury and sign or develop or 3rd paring D. |

Hains: Where Do you Stand on the Kovalchuk Debate?
8 games into his tenure with the Canadiens, Ilya Kovalchuk keeps on turning heads. With the trade deadline just over a month away, what do you think the Canadiens should do with their newfound sniper? - Karine Hains

Doug Weight did.
Got traded at the deadline. got his cup (and his shoulder separated by Pronger) and then back to St. Louis. |

One thing about Kovalchuk is that he obviously wants to be somewhere where it works out for him.
LA was a nightmare and now he's in Montreal, obviously having fun and performing well.
Sure he could risk it all for more money elsewhere.... but at this point in his career he might consider going to a place where he knows it can work out. And that's Montreal.
This being said, I'm still in favor of trading him for assets by the end of the year and wouldn't sign him for more than a 1 year contract. |

well first of all you stay in bed until at least 10. it's free sleep. so you already messed that part up.
after that you're supposed to get high and jerk off to your favorite porn all day.
only go outside if you have to. |
