Don't need those types of players and I don't think that's what people are getting at. Just need people who have skill offensively but also know what the (frank) to do in their own end too.

Surely it can't be that hard but for whatever reason there are a lot of defenseman throughout the league that don't have a clue what's going on, and most of the time it's from being to busy puck watching. Just cover your man and make life difficult for him.
