I like Dubas and what he is starting to do ( yes he is just starting, gets 3 years before he should be judged IMO). He has amassed a good chunk of talent. Yes he needs some grit, better defense and has some goal tending issues to fix. But the hardest parts done (talent). Its what he does next to fill in the gaps that's the defining moment. Let's wait and see before we all piss and moan.
