I have yet to see literally anyone say it's all the goalies fault. Even those who are questioning Fred's play have generally stapled a reminder that it's not all his fault to it.

1) sign stars... did that quite well - BUT at a cost - most notably roster players and a 1st round pick -> B+

2) Improve Defense - not worth typing - F

3) Improve goaltending picture - again - not worth typing - no grade - 'cause he did nadda

roster improvement ... approaching ultimate suckage
