Not same. Flyers need room for Lyon. Andreoff wasnt assigned to LV at that time and was kept up due to injury. His cap hit remained until hes was reassigned to LV

What am I missing here? Stewart was placed on waivers and won't clear until noon on Thursday, BUT he can play tonight? I was not aware that a waived player can be in your lineup. Has it happened before?

Bill updated his blog. Flyers cant get cap relief until Stewart clears so the need to send Farabee down who is exempt and only means one lineup change. Once Stewart clears, farabee will be recalled

While Fletcher was updating injury status of players yesterday, Hart was getting injured in practice. Really can't make it up with this franchise.

It isnt anything new with NHL. Toronto, Buffalo, Dallas, Vancouver, Chicago, SJ and Detroit are all in the same boat.
