Wow just wow, 6 points! Ruth make them moves Sid and Dumo get back and lets (frank)ing roll!

5 games until AS break, 2 against Boston and 1 against Philly, I'm definitely holding out Sid until the end of the month. Extra 2.5 weeks.

That poop by Garland is so much worse for the game than anything like the Kassian Tkachuk saga. May his career be ended short by a (frank)ed up injury that’s has life long consequences. (frank).ing grabbing desperately at another players stick like it has a vagina. How the fuc.k does Simon go before Tanev?

At minimum it should be called embellishment, too, if the guy falls down after grabbing the other guy's stick.

I guess the early 5-on-3 for the Pens really incentivized the refs to "even things up."

Other than his stubble, Jarry doesn't look much older than my 14-year-old nephew.

4 points behind the caps with a game in hand. Unbelievable.

I’m hoping Kahun and Rust stay with Malkin and they experiment with different wingers for Sid. Maybe McCann and Galch get the first try. I’d also really like to see Tanev get w chance with Sid. I feel like he could be a dupuis 2.0

At this point Sid will play when he feels ready. You don't hold him out. If he's ready next game play him. If not just wait.

I agree except for Galch(he needs traded) and I wouldn't break up the ZAR-Blue-Tanev line either. Trades need made.

The solution is simple, Sullivan is on the right track. Cosby-McCann-Hornqvist, everything else stays the same.

I'd have died if Simon scores there. How can he be a choice in a spot that the only job is scoring a goal?

Yeah, I could only think of Grinder's response if he made it when he was getting ready to shoot haha.

It is a very curious decision. He actually had a decent attempt at the 5 hole. Still, though, you have to get a guy like Tanev in there before him. Sully really likes Simon, though.

I listened to the post-game show and Sully said they have shootout stats for last season as well as for the last 3 years, so maybe Simon edged out Tanev with a slightly higher percentage.

Galchenyuk has shown he’s not a player to play on a contending team. Not in Pittsburgh anyway. Pitty. I wanted him to succeed for us. Nobody would’ve said Tanev would have better production than him.

Right now I’d try to trade Galchenyuk before anyone on the team considering his cap space could be used elsewhere.

I just hope he has some value remaining and we not actually have to pay to get rid of him/his cap.

I don't think it will come to that. He is on an expiring contract so I think it will be easy enough to balance out salaries in a trade and the other team won't have to worry about his contract beyond this season. The other thought I had is that if push comes to shove, they could probably just waive him.

Be pretty (frank)ing nuts if this was the year we won the Met, possibly even the Presidents. Shout out to Letang for having a fantastic OT. That game doesn’t go to shootout without him last night. Personally saved two primo chances.

As well as 4 points out of 1st overall in the league with a game in hand. Truly unbelievable.

So the Bruins are 1st in the league with 4 points more than the Pens having played 1 more game than the Pens but have 1 less win....and 6 more OT loses! That's 6 more loser points than the Pens.

Galchenyuk, Bjug and Schultz could be nice pieces. I mean, the Pens are getting by just fine without them.
