UJ, you are bringing your checkers board to a chess tournament.

Having a guy like Lowry is like having a knight - its the ability to compete differently. Knights aren’t often the best tool to close a game but poorly used and you are likely to lose.

He plays against anyone as needed whether it’s mc Davîd or Reeves, grinds and wears on them, kills penalties well alongside copp, changes momentum in games as well as anyone.

The gaff today, 70% Lowry and 30% Kulikov, was a rare one in the big picture. I would love to have one more, maybe two more players like him on the Jets.

Could you please explain Lowry's declining possession numbers? Seems he's getting worse as the season goes on. And today he definitely changed momentum.

Was at the game today, quite the snoozer. Aside from Lowry's gaffe, I thought he was one of the better Jets. 4th line looked ok and generated a little excitment.

But, 11 giveaways in the first period is just putting your team in a very tough position. Game after game. How many free goals have the Jets given the other team in the last 5 games?

The giveaways ended up at 16 but 11 in the first period is just unaccepatable. Nashville had 3 in the first I think.

What a boring game, dump and chase. Lunch pail hockey for a skilled top 6, dump and chase. Hard to sit in the stands today and see anyhting worth getting excited about and there didn't seem to be much urgency to the game. 6 losses in a row now at home?
