I hope Rutherford does a trade package of 1 of the 3...
1) Zucker/Brodin
2) Kane/Dillon
3) Granlund/ Ekholm

Maybe I’m overboard on this, but I don’t want Kane. He is a major liability when it comes to taking bad penalties and suspensions.

Brodin is also overrated. Zucker would be my main choice of those wingers, but I’d go with #3 as a package.

Tatar/Scandella is more likely than any of these

Well he’s not necessarily wrong. MTL could be cleaning house and going for a retool/rebuild.

My sources hinting at a move based around Addison and Tatar.
- Feds91Stammer

I would do it. Tatar has been fantastic. And still has reasonable term after this season.

Still not sure why everyone is looking at trading for D. Dumo is set to return and they definitely won't be sitting Jack or Petts.

A rental makes sense for Dumo/injury insurance but long term guys don’t make sense.

I think Saad would be the ideal target. Control beyond this season, local kid, good player... I think he'd be a slam dunk. especially if Chicago is just looking for a 1st as the main piece.

Penguins have the money to clear if they want to. They will have to be creative if they want him. Having Saad & Jake on the wings would be nice for the final Crosby-Malkin years.

I would assume one would be getting replaced and I would be fine with that. Especially for ekholm. Obviously in such an instance petts would be that person.

Sure, but guys like Dillion/Ekholm/Brodin aren't insurance players. They are targets for top 4 time. The Pens aren't going to spend the cap space and assets on insurance.

I could see them making a deadline deal for this if Dumo is having setbacks.

Oh I agree.

I think the targets are.

Scandella
Hainsey
Gustafsson
Daley

And maybe a few others.

If Tatar is available he should probably go to the top of the list with Rackell. I’d prefer him over Saad or Toffoli. Top 6 with term, amazing two way player. Sully would love him.

Petts is currently rocking a SCF% and HDCF% of 54%. He has been doing everything they have asked of him. Also, why would Nashville even trade Ekholm?

What places have been the best?

Rudy’s or Cooper’s near San Marcos are the two I’d lean towards if I was sending a friend for BBQ. There is a chain here that most people seem to love, that I absolutely detest, called Bill Miller’s BBQ. Expensive and gross. If you’re into good brisket, the Rudy’s near San Marcos is your best bet. They have “moist” and “lean” brisket. The moist is very juicy and flavorful. They have jalapeño sausage that is good as well. Pulled pork is ok, and their speciality is cream corn.

Cooper’s has a little more selection and I hear their ribs are very good. I’m more of a boneless meat person myself, so I can’t rightly offer my opinion. Their pork loin is pretty good.

No idea why they would trade him. And to get him they would have to give up him or jj for space because he wouldn’t be a rental so one of them is gone and it won’t be jj.

You go to Rudy’s for the creamed corn, not the bbq. That creamed corn is (frank)ing stupid good. That jalapeño sausage was good too

Try to find a Blacks Bbq and get the Beef rib. That thing was insane.

I have yet to try Black's. It is in the same general area as the other two. I just need to focking do it!
