I guess I don't think of those as big name players. For me "big" would be someone like Patrick Kane and the ilk.

Yea those are big names moving, if Kane was moving that's like holy poop level lol

Personally, I don't think they'll be able to replace Jake. I think they'll get a lesser player or two and let their good depth fill in the rest. It's encouraging we have players like Kahun and Tanev filling in. Hornie too.....he's playing well since returning.

I'll also be interested to see if Bjugstad can get going. I've been wondering if he's had his core problem since the beginning of the season. Hopefully that's the case, 'cause he was mostly crap since the start of the season.

Palmieri would be a guy I'd love if Shero is willing to deal with us.

They need to get the best winger that fits our style/system. And yes I'd take Palmeri. He's got 8ES and 8PP goals. He'd fit perfectly on that LW PP and help ES as well. Him or Toffoli would be good to grab as a right handed shot. Then Kreider or Saad.

If you’re talking big name in relation to the whole league yeah I’d say Kane is a big name but if your sample size is “likely traded players” those guys are the biggest names floated around. (Not Rodriguez but I think he can be had for pennies and help a team.)
