9 out of 12 forwards on this team are Murray guys. Hell, the two most productive lines are Murray lines. Just stop. Botterill can't build a 2nd line. That's on him.

Who are these nine Eichel-Rhino-Okopso-Olofsson-Erod and Larsson. 2 he got because we sucked, one unfortunately has head issues, 1 looks to be a gem for a 7th rounder. You need to go read the WGR articles on Murray and really see what he did.

They wanted the win, but there's a big difference in motivation between winning for a bye and winning for the division.

And yes some of the picks we traded may not have turned into those players. But if Murray would have just slowed down a bit with what he did, he would still be here and this team would be a whole lot better.

I see what your saying, but realistically he groomed both oloffson and asplund.

Eich, sam , erod, larsson, girgs he re signed.

Mitts is a huge disappointment
Johansson was/is a consistent nhl player
Vesey averages 17 goals a year.
Erod - who expected 0 goals.

You brought up some good points, but some of this is on he players to perform better or give them time to adjust to new teammates and coaches.
