He failed by not bringing in a 2C, so the forwards that he DID bring in could've played where they were supposed to.

However, most of the F's he brought in provided their former teams with secondary scoring and there was no indication that they weren't going to do that here.

His timing for pulling the goalie worked against the islanders. Didn't work the next game. You win some you lose some.
