This year and last year are night and day.

Jack is on a whole new level
Olofsson is great
Krueger is %100 better than phail lousley
Ullmark looks much better
The lockport line is actually decent instead of horrible
Asplund looks like a nhl player
Risto is a + instead of a -47
Joker looks good
Montour looks good

Skins needs to get going

Really night and day.

1 of 3 nhl teams with 3 regulation losses at home

In the hunt at Christmas

Allen ended the day with 250 yards, 2 TD’s, 0 turnovers and a 102 passer rating.

Yes, he played well. On the road, in New England.

How about Devin Singletary averages more than 3.0 yards per carry? Or our defense doesn’t give up a 17 play drive that took almost an entire quarter. Or our left tackle doesn’t trip over his shoes on a 4th down

- sbroads24

Or the 2 throws he missed for touchdowns, he played decent, had a good passer rating, completed 50% of his passes, and had almost half his passing yards on 2 throws. Neither side of the ball did enough to win the game. The defense has bailed this team out plenty this year, the offense had a chance yesterday to return the favor, but missed on 2 very makeable chances.

No, he didn’t
You’re wrong

Yes... Singletary & the defense struggled too

Allen didn’t move the ball at all on all but 3 drives
That’s not “good”
17pts is not “good”
This isn’t rocket science

What do you think about nick foligno?

Good enough to boost skins?

- Boss34

He's a LW isn't he ? if he can play RW i'm good with it. Can't see the Jackets moving him.

I like Toffoli, Zucker, and others but, we need a true center for the 2nd line.

That’s a terrible argument

Yeah... the Saints had some bad drives
But their offense scored 38points, not 17

So their offense had at least 6 good drives
Double what we had

If we a had 6 good drives,
we win that game

- jdfitz77

They're also the Saints, and the Titans ain't the Pats.

The opponent absolutely matters. The Pats don't lose at home.

You’re right, it isn’t.

Between passing and rushing Allen averaged 7.6 yards per touch.

That’s good

Allen had a 102.5 passer rating. That’s good

The *Bills* only scored 17 points. That’s not good enough.

Unfortunately Josh Allen isn’t the only one who has the ability to score points

I answered the question.

ROR and Pilut or Mojo and Miller?

What does it matter?

O'Reilly did NOTHING while he was here to pull us out of the basement.

- Powerslave

Neither did Jack those years
And i don’t pose the question
And it’s a dumb argument of you to make

Pat Kane & Toews aren’t pulling their team outta last in the division
Still great players

Hall in Jersey
Doughty & Kopitar in LA
Larkin in Detroit

And on & on & on year after year
Lack of success by the TEAM doesn’t mean they don’t have good players that can lead successful teams

ROR is an amazing example
And we’d be MUCH, MUCH better with him still here

I’m not saying the opponent doesn’t matter

And I’m not ONLY blaming Allen

But having zero success on all but 3 drives is far from “good”
Maybe u could say “ok” considering it was at NE

But “ok” clearly wasn’t enough

“Brady the previous five games completed 51.5 percent of his passes, 12.3 points below his career clip. The Patriots won three of those games, but none against an opponent with a winning record. They began December with consecutive losses to the Houston Texans and at home to the Kansas City Chiefs.”

3-10 for 19yds before the last drive of the first half
That’s horrible any way u slice it

And what were his stats in between the Brown TD & the last drive of the game?

And it wasn’t just Allen... but he sure as sh!t wasn’t “good” in these times
When there is essentially zero offense for that many drives all game long,
you can’t say he was “good”
No way
That’s setting the bar way too low for your standard of what’s “good”

I don’t know what else to say man. This is absurd.

250 yards and two TD’s is a 4000 yard 32 TD pace over 16 games.

In what make believe world is that not good?

You’re back to making a bad point that we only had 3 good drives (this happens when the other team only gives you 7 possessions) and hammering that bad point into the sun.

Allen was good. Period. Not great. Not spectacular, maybe not really good. Good.

8 yards per attempt is absolutely good.

He wasn’t given many attempts because our defense forced 2 punts all game
