that is the market value though

you can't compare him to guys signed 3 years ago with similar value

Marcus Johansson got 4.5 mil putting up .5 ppg for 2 injury plagued seasons

skunk will get 7 mil

either you retain him, or you move him for 3 prospects, and the other team gets the better player

we need to add decent players, not subtract

we need the prospect pool filled with wingers, and hope cozens becomes that second line center or casey gets his head out of his ass

aside from tage, what true winger prospects do we have that even has 3rd line nhl potential?

- homiedclown

Daviddsson maybe?

I understand somebody will pay Reinhart $7M per or more. I'm just not sure I would.

Also, why is the only deal possible just for prospects?

I proposed Reinhart for Tuch.

Dude looks like he's on the verge of tears. He's not the problem.

We get it, you hate him (or his contract, or whatever). Since when is (frank)ing caring a bad thing.

Daviddsson maybe?
- SDSabre

maybe, they have all their guys listed as center so no clue who is playing the wing

he has picked it up this season, should be ready to come to north america in the summer

What 2c is available that even the sabres best assets can bring in?
- washedup20

The likely answer is "none". They rarely get moved in-season unless they are a rental.

If we could get Trochek for that package, I'm in.

Nick Foligno is intriguing to me, and I dont think hed cost that much.

Bjugstad for Miller would be intriguing to me. He's hurt for the next month or so, but I'd still do it

Dylan strome if he's available could be a target

I'd put together a massive deal for Larkin, or a smaller one for Athanasiou

Kempe is having a bad season. Could be a buy low option

I'm sure there are deals out there

- jcragcrumple

I thought about Foligno the team is making a big youth push which we have in bunches. Also.... could a guy like Hutton be sent to be a veteran help for Korpo?
Then brign up the hamburgler to back up here

Olofsson Eichel Kovy
Skinner Skunk Mojo
Sheary Erod Vesey
Girgs Larsson Okposo

let Krueger do his thing to make kovy bring it.

- washedup20

The Kings had to perma-bench him because of how damaging he was to their team on the ice.

Good post crags 👍

I especially like foligno. Seems like he could be available.

Larkin would be great, not sure if he's available?

Foligno isn't ideal from a point production standpoint, but he'd be a definite improvement.

That would also give them an uber annoying 2-3 punch at center of Foligno and Larsson.

replace a 25-30 goal scorer who is getting better every season for a player that got 20 goals once

makes no sense

now moving a pick and a prospect or 2 and a expiring contact to get tuch and solidifies our top 6 rw's makes more sense to me

Thought he was one of those 3rd line winger guys, playing center over there because he had the most talent. But guess we'll see.

To add, the kings must keep his entire cap on their books because of the 35+ contract rule, but at this point, he must sign a new contract that will highly likely be of close to minimum value.

nick plays LW
slower then skinner or olofsson so would be an expensive 3rd line lw

larkin is not available unless you want to move dahlin, or reinhart cozens and a pick, would have to be a massive overpayment

Wow, is your sam jersey fitting too tight? Too much gross obesity? Calm the (frank) down west coast.

I like skinner (frank) 'o.

This was another posters response to my post. Didn't make sense then or now?

Kane is not the same goal scorer as Skinner.
- kingcong39

Kind of true but the comment is not about that, it relates to Skinner getting 9 Mill after playing with Jack. Do the same for Sam and he demands 7 mill or more.
Skinner is not really producing this year and he got 9 mill in my opinion because he rode the 2018 Jack version. Sam is getting points because Jack is much better this year all around. Maybe Sam steps up if he is dropped down for a few games. Skinner has had zero help other than Mojo who has settled down a lot.
