I think they should give Tonelli’s number to Beauvillier because they’re like the same exact player😂

Isles are 5 points from being out of the playoffs but they have 2 games in hand on everyone

Incredible with how they’ve been playing that they’re five points out from being out of the playoffs. Incredibly tight division.

Force a trade somewhere else? If that’s the case I hope we don’t draft another (frank)ing Russian. Always some form of bullshat associated with it. Gimmea(frank)ingbreak.

Well yeah, I'm assuming that he's not trying to force the Islanders to trade him to themselves

We'll just have to wait and see. It's good news if he comes to the NHL either way. He either plays for the Isles or he's worth something in a trade

Pretty much. All kidding aside if we don’t add to this line up in some team improving way its a calmative(from the last trade deadline, to the draft, and to now)dropping of the ball on Lameriello’s part. Trotz was of course a franchise changing for the positive move. Along with the hiring of Greco and Korn. That’s where it ends though there has to be some building of what we have especially with Barzal in his prime. Anything else is a huge failure. We’ll see what Lameriello does or doesn’t do.

Jokes aside, I'm not sure if the Isles are trying to direct him to the AHL first or not....but, if they aren't, I'm not really sure exactly what he wants. Splitting time with Varly would be a fine way to ease him into the league. He can't possibly expect to step in and be a 65 game starter anywhere

This entire thing with Sorokin is bizarre. I thought Varly was his buddy? Sorry chief.

Yes, per 7's predictions I am in the fetal position under my desk with a box of tissues (sad tissues, not happy tissues) having a mental breakdown.

Who knows, info out of Russia is clearly not always accurate and for all we know it could just be posturing to make sure the Isles have him pegged for an NHL job, not an AHL one. It doesn't make a ton of sense to me, honestly. Something about that report seems off.
