For most of these folks here I think they enjoy the bad times and it's the successes that upset them.

worse hits don't even get a minor call. I can't believe this kid has a roll in the NHL a 6 foot 164 pound wrecking machine just running around head hunting. Can't believe it was a game misconduct....simple embarrassing. Consistently inconsistent. While i am not mad at the boro to konecny hit. there was head contact. While a second...1 whole second late full/high speed after two strides farabee the wall lays the smack down. Yeah two minutes fro interference should've been the call.

I wasn't able to see the game but I did see the replay of the penalty. I agree a call should've been made there. Doesn't excuse Farabee as you said. I think this is just an overflow of frustration for Farabee. I think he's finding adjusting to the NHL frustrating that he's not scoring as much as he would like. Some more AHL time would help him but not really an option right now.

Its unfortunate and you can for sure sense the frustration from Farabee. I'm sure seeing a teammate/friend diagnosed with cancer is another frustration he's experiencing too

I thought a lot of the callups did fairly well. NAK, Vorobyev looked good. I think they will be fine. Raffl should be back soon and i wouldnt expect Laughton to miss much time. Maybe week or two

Yup. It's unfortunate that Perrault got hurt as I don't believe that Farabee acted with intent to injure. But he made a stupid play, something bad happened, and now he, and the Flyers, are going to pay the price.

This is the normal ebb and flow of a team like the Flyers. Probably (?) a playoff team but not a legit cup contender.

It is what it is. Hard to get excited about and hard to be disappointed.

I think the Flyers need to make a push to fix their lineup. For me it's more than just calling up more kids from the farm. Before it's too late and they're back to not quite good enough for the playoffs and not quite good enough for a generational talent pick.

I also do not considered getting up, taking two strides to be taking a run at a player. I mentioned the konecny hit bc others brought it up. there was an injury on that play as well. I said it at the time i was fine with the konecny hit. What i was pointing out is, i have witnessed many other hits to be more dangerous, later, boarding and or charging that are never even called.

Probably because the Farabee his is substantially later than the TK hit and the TK hit was more of an in the flow of the game type hit while the Farebee hit was more targetted.

The only head contact was their two heads colliding when Boro hit him in the chest.

Farabee's hit was very late and very dangerous because the player had no expectation of being hit that long after moving the puck. We will be lucky if Perreault doesn't have a concussion. Yes, you don't have to be hit in the head to get one.
