Would the Flyers ever consider trading Giroux or Couturier? What would they want as a fair return for either? |

No, the price would have to be extremely high plus Giroux has a no trade contract. |

Hextall’s asinine and cowardly approach of trying to stay competitive while retooling is coming home to roost. Relying on an aging core while infusing some young pieces - that sadly do not have the required star power.
Don’t forget about completely botching a 2nd Overall Pick... |

Great knowing that Comcast is so committed to competing immediately.

What an overreaction. Tied for best November in franchise history, and now the injury and stupid (Farabee) bug bites them, and people are losing their minds.
This is the first year they've had a real coach in a few years. There's going to be ups and downs. The last 2-3 games have been the first downs in a while. Chill out. |

Where were you at in November?
It's like you are ignoring how many players are hurt all of the sudden. |

I would suggest Hextall would’ve torn the whole thing down had he been allowed. No way Dave Scott would’ve had any part of it though. |

Hextall might have been an bumhole to work with/for but he knew what he was doing at the draft table. |

Imo he didn’t go far enough in his vision. Aggressive to start, dealing Schenn and moving up for Konecny.
Then seemingly far too comfortable sitting on his ass and drafting in the spot allotted to him.
What this team needed out of the rebuild was more high end talent to help transition from the older core. It really sucks that Patrick has ongoing health issues. Simply bad luck there, so to speak.
At this point though, it’s tough to think about much else other than Lind. Hopefully he will be alright. |

Flyers are 17-11-5. Just had the best November in team history. Lost three games that were going to be tough even if they were healthy. And people are acting like the season is over. In the words of Aaron Rodgers.... relax. |

I saw effort. I saw three pretty talented teams playing a forward group with two lines full of AHL call-ups/13th forward tweeners. As frustrating as it is, we know one of the big contributing reasons to them losing. |

I’m in between. Disappointed in the road trip, but am also realistic to their situation. Didn’t love the way Hextall did things. Don’t think he was as good as some made him out to be or as bad as others did. His biggest downfall was sticking with Hakstol, who probably should have never been an NHL head coach. |
