Babcock had more under Lou. I think once Lou left it changed thing for him. Lou went out and got Martin and Marleau for him.

Pay a guy to coach for $50m and then tell him who to play, when and where. Made zero sense...

I don't expect a huge turnaround on the rest of this trip. They may win 1 of 3, but the porous defense and the lack of physicality will continue their spotty play.

Liljegren has been the Marlies best d-man all season, so it'd be great to see him get an opportunity if Barrie is hurt (x-rays were negative, thankfully).

No one was a fan of marincin, i hated him too. But dubas kept him in the system with the option to use him in the nhl. So he was used.
Unfortunately.
As for holl, ive always liked his simple play, so whatever led to where he is now, has worked.

If dubas really thought leivo was so great, dubas would have moved someone else, kept leivo and had him played.
