He's a professional. He needs to deal with it. This has nothing to do with Botts and everything to do with Bogo being injury prone and his awful play.

He was in warmups too so looks like a trade is imminent, probably to Colorado. If we were one player away and he was a C or even a RW I’d be all over him, but he’s not

I was watching a clip from Leaf's Lunch today and they were discussing what is wrong with Matthews. One of the guys said yeah, he has 19 goals but if he doesn't show up for 20 games he isn't earning that contract and they elaborated on how he is not the same player as he was previous years.

They also said they are playing the Sabres next Tuesday and how Jack Eichel is approaching Hart Trophy status compared him to Taylor Hall's year last year (selling him short I think, but not the point)

Bogo is a POS, the Sabres have stuck by him year after year. Don't think for 1 minute that Botterill and Kruger aren't pissed. Behind the scenes is a B$$CH to deal with, trust me.
