Kane represented himself well in the interview, was clear and believable on what he said (Kristine Leahy did not seem familiar with the issues). Interesting that he said he requested a trade every year he was in Wpg, said 95% of fans were good to him.
Clearly he doesn't like it that his clothes were referred to as a track suit. Nothing to hate in the interview.

I feel he avoided any reference to conflict with any teammates very deliberately - good decision Evander. He was never grilled for any details, this interview gave him a chance to present the facts on his terms and in his words.

I am not agreeing with you on this one. Telling the story that arriving at the hotel to find the bus had "left" him there. What a crock. These are mature hockey players that have an itinerary to follow. These are not 14 y/o boys getting to the rink. He knew what time the bus left and he was not there on time. Its really not that hard to at the hotel at the specified time.

"They left me there, I looked around the hotel." This is the worst case of passing the buck and responsibility as a hockey player. The bus leave as 11 am (or whatever it was), its your responsibility to be on the bus at that time. And he was not and blames the team for leaving him there.

"They wouldn't allow me to be different"

Pathetic.
