Pettersson is a great player indeed though - there were a lot of people laughing at Vancouver for drafting him (the comments on this board were mostly negative; 'they drafted a 14y old!') and it seems all were wrong on him.

3rd was a (frank)ing mess but the game was kinda wide open all night. If teams want to play wide open like that it probably favours the Leafs.

Best sign of the night - the Tavares line looked like the Tavares line for the first time this season. JT and Hyman were great ...MM looks like he's almost back too.
