Don't know, some people (cough, cough) come and go here. Some people need a break occasionally from the internet....or maybe he got banned/ |

I like what Gorton stated in the interview. Compared to other GMs, he isn't afraid to share some ( not all ) of his thoughts with the fan base and I appreciate that.
Will be curious to see what roster looks like at the end of February --- I expect several big trades...
Go get 'em Gorton! |

Exactly! Some of the other GM interviews ( not just hockey either ) are just PAINFUL to watch, they clearly don't want to reveal ANYTHING. Its refreshing to see he is secure enough to speak and share a bit... |

He was incredible in that WC series. If Vancouver won in 94, Richter might not have been put on the pedestal.
I don't see him get injured in the skills, don't think I saw the ASG that year. - Fenrir
Yes he was! I still remember that save where the puck was under the toe of his pad up against the post with his body twisted around. I was VERY conflicted that game!!! |

Not sure what you’re talking about, man.
Old song with Georgiev situation, we develop a surprise at goal ..BUT
as per usual averages usually win out ,assume he will play but not be Shesty(pedigree)Must assume Georgie is traded the latest is T D
You cant stop Shesty's growth , he wont tolerate staying in Conn.
Figure like Raanta , Talbot you get the most out of situation at the time , maybe the biggest question is WHEN you trade the goalie , not for what ,it will be determined by supply & demand or out waiting yourself , we probably waitied too long on Talbot but still got a decent return, Raanta? # 7 * A dA for Step & Anti who was expected to start now Kumpfer ? strange how it all settles to him a back up again due to health
Any way the big Question is WHEN do you pull the trigger on grade A talent coming back in trades for ....
Greogiev ,A DA ...... definitely will be traded due to status
Krieds -Buchny ... i see 1 of them not both ,depends on return
C B J needs talent : sending them Buchny + Hijak OR top D prospect (Keane , Renaunen ,) = Anderson
gotta give up a liil more to make the upgrades : what are the chances with alll the
prospects that a Keane or Reunanen will make it to NHL with NYR
gotta figure Miller,Lunkqvist,Rykov will get shot first , gotta use the talent not sit on it & cant expect them all to be NYR's - NASHTYGUY

I actually agree with Dundee, except the Tony D trade. If there is a move to upgrade I would not be against moving a prospect on D. Seems we have a ton of them now. No Miller or Lundkvist though |
