Tankathon has Sens in the 4th and 8th (SJ) slots for the lottery draw. I think this is maybe where it might finally settle with some minor moves (up or down) on the actual draw.

So, maybe, they get one of the slick Swedes or the Finn plus another top playmaker like Rossi. They have lots of good, young D already in their system and this is the draft where they need to take advantage of the opportunity to draft more speed and skill up front.

There is a very good Russian goalie around the 8th slot on most drat projections, but I am not a fan of taking a goalie with an early first round pick.

If Askarov is available and we pick at 8-10 I wouldn't mind.

too many goalie prospects already.....that would be a MASSIVE waste of a pick, especially when you consider how desperate this team is to get some elite level talent up front

If we pick 4th and Raymond is gone and I probably go with Tim Stutzle

Agreed. Using a high pick on a goalie is rarely worth it. Too much risk, and this team needs to get these two picks right.

I know they say you should pick the best player available, but for the entire first round, and possibly also the second, I'm only interested in drafting forwards.
