I don't follow the NFL as much but if they used a review on the obvious fumble do they not get to keep their challenge if it is right. In Canada in the CFL this is the case or are they just allowed so many challenges per game and that is it?

I don't know what the specific rules are but they were out of challenges when they scored on a later player where the side judge ruled the player out of bounds before crossing the goal line. Replay showed that he did not step out. They challenged some pass interference calls earlier.

I dont know that I agree with that and everything I read says that when their is a genetic history of migraines, like his mother, then the pathology can present separately then from concussions.

My statement is you can have migraine disorder without ever having a concussion.
Adding to that concussions can certainly trigger migraines though but one does not automatically mean the other.
