AV and Provy both said TK seemed ok today and was high in spirit. I guess thats one good sign? - arichardson22
Not saying it's not a good sign but PCS symptoms are often delayed if I'm not mistaken. Hopefully he goes through the protocol and is back ASAP.
On another note and switching gears. That Frisco-NO football game was wild. Not a fan of them but the Pats got screwed by the officiating last night. |

Yes, having Stewart in the lineup totally would have prevented that hit. |

And how does Stewart being in stop the hit from happening? You think Boro is afraid of Stewart? |
|
|
|
Honestly, I'm not concerned with it, and I definitely don't want a player in the lineup simply for that purpose. I did like how the team came out much more physically immediately following the hit. - jmatchett383
I didn't mean for to come across as pro Stewart or pro goon. I don't care who handles it. It's just sticking up for a teammate even though their was a minor scrum following the play. |

For sure, but i guess its better than him being locked in the dark room in silence. Gonna miss TK, but hopefully he comes back and is his usual self.
Sadly I missed all of the NFL games yesterday with travel. But I did get to see KC make that final stop against NE which was plenty of joy for me on Sunday |

I don't think the head contact is what caused it. You can get a concussion just by being hit in body.

worse hockey related concussion i ever had was when i clipped shoulders with someone and my head whipped backwards. didn't hit my head at all |

Simplest moves are is to move JVR to Girouxs line
JVR-Frost-Giroux
Lindblom-Coots-Voracek
Laughton-Hayes-Farabee
Stewart-Voro-Pitlick
You could keep JVR as LW and just move RWs up but I'd really prefer to keep Jake with Coots and I dont think Farabee or Pitlick are the right choice to replace Konecny. |

You have to remember that Borowiecki went straight off with a pretty good gash above his eye. That probably took at least a little steam out the Revenge Express. When he came back he was probably less apt to fight due to the stitches above his eye.
I am sure Borowiecki will have to answer for it in the next game. He seems like a guy that would drop the gloves. We will see. |

Concussion is basically a bruised brain. The actual damage is from the brain rattaling against the skull |

It wasn't a head hit.
Their heads collided as a result of the hit, but it wasn't a head hit. |

He also went right up to Giroux (I think) and had a short conversation his next shift. That nobody stepped up to him in the game makes me think everyone knows it was accidental. |

We may get a small break against the AVs with no TK.
Kadri in no contact jersey today, Makar is day to day with injury, and Erik Johnson is also out. |

Why would Boro get a suspension? Both players smacked their heads against each other. Both got hurt and went to the dressing room. Boro did come back. Hit was late but not malicious in any way - xShoot4WarAmpsx I've watched the hit several times...it was late, and delivered to the head. Not as vicious as the hit by Stevens to Lindros that ended his Flyers career, but should certainly be a point of emphasis with the league. BTW...good to be able to dispute thoughts without anger. Again, TK as a smaller player must keep his head up after delivering a pass
