Honestly, I'm not concerned with it, and I definitely don't want a player in the lineup simply for that purpose. I did like how the team came out much more physically immediately following the hit.

While the hit on TK was not penalized on ice, the league issues a fine limited by the CBA. TK probably out for an extended period. Why not a suspension for a guy who is a noted head hunter? Look carefully and note that it was late, and yeah back in the 70's and 80's no one would have blinked! But with the issues concerning head injuries someone needs to take a stand. Tkachuk awesome player, takes liberties, but not trying to kill anyone.

I don't think the head contact is what caused it. You can get a concussion just by being hit in body.

Why would Boro get a suspension? Both players smacked their heads against each other. Both got hurt and went to the dressing room. Boro did come back. Hit was late but not malicious in any way

Is there a degree of concussion? Because that one TK took looks as bad as it can get. He could be out for a very long time with that one.

AV and Provy both said TK seemed ok today and was high in spirit. I guess thats one good sign?
