if you worry that there is a chance that Shesty could be a bust, I mean, then you sign Georgiev long term and look into trading Shesty - jimbro83
I really hope something is going on behind the scenes, because I really want a Georgie/Shesty tandem for the next few years |

The isles now remind me of the Rangers run in 2014 and 2015. One super star (Hank), isles (Barzal) good coaching and system, but when it comes to the PO will not have the firepower to win it all against top teams |

I'd rather they finish 9th in the conference but that works too. |

I can't believe there are teams that regularly use their first round picks on unknown goalies that wouldnt' want to trade something decent for Georgiev |

My issue is, you trade one of them(most likely Georgie) you are left with just Shesty taking the starting position after 1 year. If he falters everything the Rangers have been building for recently could fall apart. Not a good scenario |

Talbot(While older) and a 7th went for a 2nd a 3rd and 7th and he was coming off a phenomenal year. |

This has been a debate/discussion here for a while now. The Rangers are a goalie factory. |

I've been thinking about the deal and I think you have to add in a 3rd for the uglieness factor. |

I think the notion that you need to have a star goalie to compete is starting to be dispelled a little bit. That, plus the fact that young goalies are incredibly inconsistent is what I think kills their trade value. |
