Team is playing fast and aggressive. Like some of the changes Nas has put into play so far. Now if only the power play could do anything.

If only it worked for the last 20 games. Maybe we wouldn't be 2nd to last in the league.

I think he wants the guarantee of the 8th year, but if it happens I'd be very happy to have him back.

We seem determined to blow this lead in this period.

Wow. I turn the game on and see 4 devils with energy workimg the puck in chicago's zone. And its since been 4 more minutes of "motivated" amd frankly entertaining play. 2 Chicago shots 6 mins into the period. Ill take it.

Im still not convinced I want him at 10mil for 8 years. That 10mil may be better spent elsewhere..

Yeesh no kidding. Bad sequence there. But at least Blackwood seems determined to keep us in it.

Still has been a well played game though. Everybody is flying out there, which I think everybody thought this team would look like at the beginning of the year.

but will they tire out? and can they do this against average or better teams? 4 guys pressing in the zone is nice and helps generate and sustain offense, but man don't mess up because it can go back the other way in a hurry.

Maybe, but the other team tires out too because the game is so completely open both ways. At least this way they are going to generate more shots on goal and actually utilize that speed for something.

I suppose we suck at defense either way, so.. might as well get as many chances as possible.

At the Rock tonight. If Nesreddine is responsible for this then great job by him.

Boqvist looks great live. Really like this kid. Plays with skill, strength and some snarl.

If anyone cares, Schneider got absolutely torched tonight. That contract may not be an issue for long
