If we could apply that 3% variance in cap dollars, it would be about $2.36m which is probably not that far off from how much Mitch & Auston are overpaid.

I work in IT. I once got this Y2K bonus so that I wouldn't quit my company in 1999 and move to another company for more money. They paid me a metric (frank)ton in retention bonus to stay for that one year. My contribution to the Y2K effort was this: "Yup. You probably should test those two date fields."

I find "possession stats" as people talk about is here get muddy.

But the Leafs with Babcock had good corsi% and I mentioned it a bit before he was fired, the Leafs were kinda gaming corse for those 23 games.

Lots of long shots which was putting out a bad expected goals %, which is what people are more looking at now

So far under Keefe, things do look better. But 7 games is hard to really see much. That detroit game is really skewing things. Leafs crushed them.
