Apparently so! He certainly has been noticable tonight. He looks like our best player right now. To think he rode the bench so much this year. As I type this Bratt scores. Hynes was raping our chillrens.

I dont agree with this at all. He needs to take the time and do a thorough search in the offseason to get the best coach we can for this team. We arent going to find that in the middle of the season in December, when most guys currently have jobs. This season is over. Let him take his time and go through his list, and have an actual process. People expecting him to have a full time replacement hours before a game and immediately upon removing the coach are dumb. Theres a lot more issues with this team than just the coach, theres no reason to rush trying to find someone. If someone pops up he'll jump on it, but you need to see what actually becomes available first.

Dan Bylsma. Send Detroit a 3rd and move on.

Or if not grab someone like Guy Boucher. It’s not rocket science. You can still name a legit guy as interim.

You need 50 more games and the off season to figure this out you shouldn’t be GM. Especially if Nesreddine is the best name you can pull out your ass. Lou Lams fired guys a (frank)load and somehow didn’t bring in deadbeats.

This poop is unacceptable. You know what dumb is? A GM not prepared for this after seeing the writing on the wall since Game 3ish. Or you know what else is dumb is giving a multi year extension to a guy who did a poopty enough job to land you the first overall pick.

St. Louis did this last year and won the cup by finding a decent coach. It’s not im-(frank)ing-possible.

Toronto did it this year and was prepared.

Marco Rossi is waaaaaaay better 1 less point then Byfield in 7 less games witch was due to a suspension at the start of the season.

You realize none of the teams you mentioned, Blues or Leafs, brought in a coach from outside of their organization right?! Your argument is (frank)ing horrible lmfao. Saying we should go out and bring in a coach from another team or a coach that doesnt have a job, then list teams who did EXACTLY WHAT WE JUST DID. They didnt go out and "find decent coaches", they went with guys already in the org or on their bench already. Guess what, Berube was Mike Yeo's assistant in St Louis last year, just like Nas was here. Keefe was in the Leafs system as the Leafs AHL coach. You also forget that the Blues were under .500 in Berube's first 20 games when he took over. That team went on a run for other reasons other than a coaching change, like bringing Binnington up who went on a tear. We have so many more issues than the coaching staff right now. This season is done. We have no idea how Nas will be as a coach. Shero will take his time to get the right coach in the offseason and i think thats the right move. I agree with other previous posts, the Swedish coach Rikard Gronberg would be near the top of my list to try to get.
