The Canucks seemed as if they tried to sign him at the end of last season but at this point, I would use him in a trade to acquire someone.

Watching CBJ vs WPG right now. I think CLB would be a better team without Torts. I'd also still really like Anderson.

With Virtanen back playing 9 minutes a game some night. Might go with Lockwood and Virtanen for Anderson. Columbus is in sort of a rebuild and i'm sure would like some extra bodies after trading away all those draft picks.

Jake is learning and playing in all sorts of situations. He's in every game not a healthy scratch. Don't see the issue as a top 9 player.

Canucks have more exciting prospects now. If Lockwood doesn't go UFA he'll be a depth forward like Motte. Probably start on the Comets.
