I was at the game and was surprised by how little Panarin engaged. Overall how has his play been so far?

He has been arguably our top player! Not his best game last night, but he certainly wasn't the reason we got crushed. Still wound up leading all of our forwards in shots.

Glad I missed the game last night, from the recaps I read it was by far the worst effort of the season.

Terrible. Missed the 9-3 drubbing, so I couldn't tell you which was worse.

I missed most of the game but sounds pretty bad. Have to bounce back tonight, Montreal has never traditionally been a good game for us.

Talking old school fights with my brother and he somehow doesn't remember Manny Malhotra 1 punch KOing Ken Daneyko. That was shocking as Manny wasn't even a fighter but got 1 good left in and KD was done. Used to love when non fighters would throw down with tough guys. Malakhov did it once too as a Islander when he won a fight vs Joe Kocur. He fought once as a Ranger too and beat up someone I can't recall that one who it was. Anyway, carry on
