I try to be objective and look at every angle and won't blame everything on Babs, but they look faster, they are supporting the puck in the d-zone and the forwards are covering the point when a defenseman jumps into the play.
Still weird that they can actually do this stuff. |

Even looks like the chances they’re allowing on Freddy, are mostly clear lanes, and he doesn’t have to battle a whole lot.

Yeah and it's not just the energy or playing looser, which they are, but they're just looking again like the team we've been watching for the last three years.
And let's be real here, they are never going to be a defensive juggernaut with this roster, but they should be able to out-possess and score their way out of a lot of problems. |
