I feel much better if it is a Dman (not Hughes) that gets injured instead of a Forward.
Comets have reliable D . In fact if Rafferty gets the call I think most will be quite impressed.
I knew Sven was not a good replacement . - VANTEL
With all the injuries around the league, Sven still isn’t playing. That’s got to tell you (not you you, but the Royal you) something. |

I didn't see the game last night did the Utica call ups look good? - LordHumungous
Neither did I (listened on the radio), but I don’t think either guy played much. |

Green tends to talk about playing a heavy game, then sits guys for throwing hits. He has done the same to Jake, when he has hit some guys then you don't see him on the ice for 10 minutes.
Green needs to go. - Reubenkincade

About 5 seconds in Zack hit someone and that was it for the night.
Grao got a goal on PP but wasn't really noticeable. |

I wonder if they kept him up till he has to hit waivers again and if someone in need makes a claim. - manvanfan
I think if a team was interested, they would rather wait until he clears again so they can send back some salary (contract) and have the flexibility to send him down as well. |

Sven is fine when logging big minutes with Bo...but he's one shift away from a career ending injury. Teams shy away from that and I'm sure it's on Canucks Coaching/Mngts mind. |

Buying a TV today, Black Friday sales, does it really matter? Probably going 65”, Costco, Samsung, LG or Sony? - 1970vintage
Nice, let us know what you get, I would love a TV that big. |

So a trade instead of a claim. I don't know if his 30 days restart with another team. If a team wanted him, it wouldn't be to play him in AHL.
I doubt anyone wants or needs him though. |

LG is the Ford Pinto of electronics.
Sony and Samsung are both great choices but the price tag will probably point towards Samsung |

Sven has been a disappointment, I think we were hoping to see more fight/energy in him after that demotion/callup but he still got caught floating out there.

lol pretty much. LG's appliances are pretty decent but their electronics leave a lot to be desired. All the panels now are pretty much manufactured by robots now so there is risk with any brand...but the days of like the old CRT tube tv's lasting 30 years are long over. The tech's tell me that you will be lucky to get 5-7 years out of the new panels nowadays which really sucks. TV's have now entered the walmart generation where it's cheaper to just buy a new one every 5 years for $1000 rather than spend $4000 on a real high end model and expect it to last 15 years. Ain't happening. But there are still good brands/models out there...just need to know what to buy. |

I spent a small fortune on 3 “top of the line” Samsungs over the past half decade (two totally died right after the warranty expired)... then last Xmas eve I drunkenly ordered a 75” LG Best Buy Boxing Day Special for $1K & forgot all about it ‘til it was delivered - it’s been (frank)ing amazing so far. I used to be a total brand snob, but even if that thing also dies it’s already been a better value than any of the others. |

...and by the way Lefty... I've played 33/52 games, you played 34/53. You played 1 more game and have 1 more in total than me but nice try.

He was playing better than a few guys. At least the puck was at the right end of the ice when he was on and chances were being generated. His advanced stats show that on all the line combinations he was on. Still soft as Big Mac though. One push and there is Thousand Island dressing everywhere.

I was told the same, when I finished building my house I bought a 46" Sony Bravia for $2500 and it still has amazing picture quality, I also bought a 46" Samsung for the loft and a 40" LG Plasma for our bedroom and all 3 are working fantastic..."knock on wood".
But we barely watch TV except for sports, (me and my Sony). |
