That's really the point then isn't it? It goes back to my point about when games are close, one goal or one play can go the wrong way. If you're a good team, your margin of error is greater. Which goes back to the original point that the Flyers have had a number of games that could've easily gone the other way based on one play. They have to be better and get more consistent. They have to find a way to score more goals.

I understand that we beat the Canes pretty convincing last game but we were on a role at the time. I’m not expecting success tonight. I’m not seeing why any of us should expect success tonight.

Personally, I would start Hart tonight and Elliott Saturday. I don’t have any reason behind why I would do this outside of, I think Calgary is a much scarier team. So if Hart couldn’t bounce back tonight, you have Elliott ready Saturday.

Last, JvR clearly needs help producing and I feel like he’s put fourth an honest effort. Voracek should be on the fourth line. Jake should be able to win games on his own. I’d make him play himself out of the bottom 12.
