Smart move

You know, I get offered tickets from time to time. But when you factor in gas, tolls, parking, food (optional), and just time away from the kids, I don't really want to go most of the time. I got tickets to the Washington game and, for the first time in a long time, was excited to go, and left feeling good even though they lost. I can't say I've felt that way the past few seasons (even for a Pittsburgh PO game in 2018). Hopefully they get things turned around quickly because I think there is a good product there this year.

I go to the Flyers game in Vancouver every year and it costs me my left arms and my right nut. Ticket 300, ferries 180, hotel and parking 250, beer and food at the game 100. Looking at 830 bucks for one person, not to mention other expenses before and after the game in the big city. Wowsers!

Gostisbehere's point production is likely going to be under 40 points this year and that may be pushing it. Talking about Pronger hitting the net 9 out of 10 times, well Gost is about the opposite and until that changes his production will be down.
I would like to see Couturier's line start the pp with Giroux and Provorov. The supposedly top line is not getting it done.

Agree. I really dont understand what people expect. Your 4th line typically plays 5-8 minutes a game. You arent going to get much production regardless with so little ice time

McGinn is getting 11:00 at ES, and has 5 points

Wallmark is getting 10:29, and has 7 points

Gibbons is the lowest at 9:31, and the only one not contributing on the scoresheet in 11 GP.

So he hasnt costed the team any wins and he hasnt been the reason we won games.
