The whole portion about Flyersbuzz, but whatever, I’m not going to argue with you. I’m also not convinced he would have found a backup job if the Flyers didn’t resign him. His injury history and play made him risky in my opinion. He got resigned here because of his cost after the cap management from earlier in the offseason.

Toronto was looking to sign Neuvirth..... There were plenty of options out there for Elliott. He could have gone to Carolina, Isles, Calgary, Edmonton, Chicago, Columbus or Toronto to name a few.
