How about de-emphasizing the stretch pass - which hasn’t worked - and emphasizing short quick passes that get it in the zone and set up an offense cycle.

Part of it is Carolina and Tampa - two good, fast, disciplined, forechecking teams.

Both have been very good at disrupting the much slower Blackhawks.
