No, they don't - it would uninsurable in terms of the cost / risk determination.

He still can be in-shape, fit, exercised, sticking to the team mandated meal plans and so on - which he clearly wasn't.

Also, I have been very clear that I felt Babcock needed to go, but that this was certainly not *all* his fault.

The original point raised was that, historically, teams have played and succeeded playing for coaches that were less than warm and fuzzy.

My point was that players have changed since then, AND, they can afford to not deal with that crap because they make so much money in their careers now.

I also think it wasn't all his fault but it's the likely and easiest change to make here. Dubas took the low-hanging fruit. He now no longer has a shield, nor do the players have one to hide behind from accountability.
