They don't want any propaganda on sexual related issues - hetero nor gay (or whatever preference one can have). basically they feel they need to do that since they don't want their children to be exposed to such propaganda.

I'm no expert ... but two extended family members passed away from the impacts vascular dementia ...

also quite young - one in his 50s the other early 60s... and in both cases this form of dementia progresses very very quickly...
