I think he has “put up” since his first game in the league. And to the best of my knowledge he has never made excuses or complained.

I'm not expecting a whole lot in the first game; he'll probably want to feel things out first, but the breakout should be more of a quick transition up ice through the neutral zone with the D activated more regularly.

I think point shots will drop off as they should. I think usage will be better, with the best players playing more, hopefully Barrie on PP1 (which will likely be loaded again and playing 1:30 minutes).

PP should have more movement through the slot (remember the Royal Road passes between Nylander and Matthews 3 years ago?).

PK will be way more aggressive, like they were last year when they were successful.

What I like is the respect and familiarity that the players who've played under Keefe will have. While it's not a big deal to most fans, having won the Calder Cup together does mean something; it's still a grind, it's still attrition together.

You would hope the players respond with a better than *normal* effort. They have to share some of the blame. Coach cant score or defend from the bench. Dubas’ fault for having so many skill players who dont like playing defense.
