I'm guessing that DonC is pissed at Ron for apologizing. DonC thinks he's defending the honour of the troops and their sacrifice. He'll be mad that Ron apologized.

I'd also guess that Sportsnet asked DonC to issue and apology - and he refused.

I was referring to Cherry criticizing Russians and Europeans constantly, and that was all ok for Canadians. Even if he was referring to the hockey players, still generalizing.

The people that were offended by Cherry's remarks are probably the ones that voted Trudeau as well - the guy that made a multibillion CAD weapon's deal possible to Saudi Arabia - weapons used to attack minorities in that country.
