Again, I am still waiting for a specific reason why what Don Cherry said was offensive. No one has provided one. Lots of squishy, subjective words like "context" are being thrown around. Utter trash. Good, hard logic requires specific words and definitions. Don Cherry's words got him fired, so somewhere in those specific words someone should be able to point out to me what is offensive.

The word "context" does not appear in Don Cherry's comments, so leave that useless word out of your specific definition of why Don Cherry's comments were offensive.

Yes, and every time there was an influx of a new group, they were vilified. See: Irish, italian, chinese. Now it's the Mexicans.

So intolerance and fear are the hallmarks of a healthy society?

I highly doubt that's what Aristotle meant

As this is the primary form of argumentation, I chose to abstain and call for rules of logic and actually dealing with what the person said rather than your misrepresentations to make your respective points.

In the words of a famous German known around these parts, "That is all".

Chik-Fil-A thrives off brand loyalty. There are people that swear by their product. I for one, rank it slightly better than Wendy's, but not enough that I need to wait in a 1-hour line for it (I also haven't eaten fast food from anywhere in months unless you count Subway). At one point, they set off a firestorm, and rather than apologizing to the mob, they did nothing about the outrage. Their brand loyalty, at worst, was unchanged, and at best, even increased. It's actually one hell of a case study.

If anything hurts their business, it's that their chicken sucks and tastes mediocre at best.

The owners are not Catholic. They are Baptist.

And I am not arguing whether or not their food is as good as advertised. They are one of the biggest instances of brand loyalty, especially down South.
