Just drawing clarity to the drop-off we have all seen over past 7 games, and to which the red flags that Advanced Stats raised.

The Sabres have scored 49 goals through 17 games, which puts them in the middle of the pack in the NHL at 18th. When you consider last year’s Sabres were at about 2.7 goals per game, the current rate of 2.9 goals per game is still below average.

Of the 49 goals scored, 38 of them came during the 8-1-1 start to the season. Scoring 3.8 goals per game makes winning games easier to do. But scoring 11 goals in seven games (1.6 per game) — not so much.

Sabres have several forwards who IMO are underperforming their expected production for their currently assigned rolls based on the team scoring 255 goals per year (3.1 game)

Correct.
I would not.
While I still watch the Bill's nearly every game, their string of 18 seasons of ineptitude really wore on me. I want them to win every game, and I watch each game hoping to see them win.
But my fandom for Football has waned significantly over the years.
So no I would not consider going...I might rent my house if it every comes back down this way though, lol!

the context and the person who said it matters. cherry didn't have any benefit of the doubt of what the intentions were behind what he said.

context clues = he pretty much said immigrants need to assimilate or gtfo

-A Hockey Trade for that Top 6 F...as it is best to secure that skillset through a trade rather than the cost associated through FA.
- 2 or 3 that are unloading pending UFA's to secure some form of value in return...those at the TDL so as to let guys like Asplund, Pilut, Tage, etc percolate a bit more in the A
