Yeah because the only players that play defense are defensemen.

You definitely know your hockey.

Wow, just wow.

Finally starting to get everyone back healthy and getting the roster actually set. And we are still going along well enough, holding a playoff spot. As said injuries, lousy schedule etc...

Sure there are things to work on and improve, and we have the roster to trim and deal with but just wow on the doom and gloom.

Team will have to step it up but it is early and we have plenty of time and hopefully with the full roster we see what we have been waiting for there too!

There are only 66 games left. That's not a lot of time to make up those 5 points.

The season started 16 games ago. That’s how it works.

Hockey karma. Bertuzzi with the flop that got the penalty and he's the guy that misses the puck when trying to reach down for it in front of his net, and McKegg is in the right place at the right time.

Core players are the same and doing the same.

The new faces haven't done much to change the old bad habits either.

People can say "injuries" but the problem hasn't been scoring goals, the problem has been preventing them and anybody that's been hurt isn't known for preventing goals.

4 btb’s in October maybe skewing the numbers a bit. Plus Andersen is now on his game. And the new faces are starting to gel a little better.

I don’t expect you to agree with anything I just said but fill your boots.

Back-to-backs happen to every team. Leafs had a lot of home games too. It's their own fault (Babcock) for not starting the right goalie on the right nights or they'd have more points right now and divisional opponents would have less.

Against a lottery team? They can beat bad teams already, that wasn't new.

They need a new backup. Trade ceci for a pick. Take acquired pick and get a backup goalie. Put dermott in the top 4 beside muzzin, push barrie beside reilly and call up liljegren and put him with holl.

I don't understand why St. Louis would do that trade.

Yes, they definitely do but that's the least of their problems.

Nobody wants Ceci or his poop play or his poop cap hit.

Dermott on his offside doesn't make sense. Neither does calling up Liljegren and putting him or Holl on their off-side. Unless you meant Sandin, in which case, better off not burning the ELC.
