I seem to remember him usually being slow getting back to normal after injuries over the years...I think alot of players are like this. He also gets in his own head alot ..has admitted it. If things don't start going his way for a string of games he starts getting mental.

I honestly can't remember the last time that Geno was dominant on a consistent basis, or at least for good long stretch. Sure, he usually ends up with a lot of points, but it seems like a long time since we've seen Machino.

Everyone keeps saying he needs time and he's not able to play up the depth chart. I just don't see that. He's looked better than Dumo tonight.

I'm having trouble believe it to be honest. I thought for sure he'd need time in the AHL. Kid reminds me of a young Paul Mart with better wheels.
