I wouldn't have clapped for Marchand, but Chara for the most part was not a dirty SOB. He broke Pacio's neck, but other than that and a few other occasions (knocking Toews' head on the crossbar in the final against Chicago comes to mind), he's been physical but not dirtier than average. He has grown on me in the past few years I must say.
