There's 5 lottery teams and 5 other bottom 10 teams. Those poop teams should really only beat each other.

A team like the Leafs, that has Cup aspirations, shouldn't lose to lottery teams.

It's the NHL so any team can win on any given night but it really shouldn't happen often at all.

Leafs have been good at beating poop teams, it's the contenders they seem to have real trouble with.

Can they afford Nylander and Johnsson? Because they cost about 10 million AAV combined. Rather have that money on the blueline and replace those guys with Marlies who cost a fraction of the price.
