It's far greater. Look at Boston, as they're the standard. Everyone talks all day about the points and the top line. Fine. But they play a system, they play it hard, and it's what they don't allow other teams to do that separates them as much or more really than what they do offensively. They take away your flow, they take away your focus and make you get off your game. They are almost always in the right position as a five man unit. Blues as well. That makes them very very hard to play against. The coach is a big part of that. He recognizes what he has and how best to use those pieces as a full unit. It's the identity of the team. It's really what the Leafs lack. I have no idea what the identity of the Leafs is other than the odd fancy goal.
