I thought he held his own. He didn’t look out of place. He had a few good looks in the ozone. It’ll be interesting to see how is in now that it looks like he’s going to get a few games in a row he can play in.

Sure the team has started slowly but what team next year is going to have the cap space and be in a better position to make the playoffs right away. If he doesn't want to stay with the team he's going to get paid but not play for a contender.

Cory will not make it through the year without getting injured again. LD should have an opportunity to outplay MB and probably be our #1 goalie at some point this year.

Sorry but Dominge is a career AHLer/NHL backup for a reason. 5 years in the league and outside of last season there was nothing to show he is an NHL goalie. I attribute last years success to the team in front of him, not because "he figured it out."

That’s good to hear. His first couple games I think he looked less out of place than Goose and Hughes did on opening night and I’d like to see what he can do with some consistent playing time. Just have to hope Hynes actually gives him a reasonable chance before scrambling the lines or scratching him again.

It's beyond stupid. Hughes is doing well where he is.. Zacha is doing well with Hischier.. we have 3 RELIABLE lines now. I can't imagine Hynes maintains the swap.

To me its good either way. Its great to see Shero knows the importance here of what is at stake. Either he signs long term and its resolved or if not we trade him for prospects snd move on....Boy would love to get Gaudreau somehow!
